Hi, a friend of mine has been having trouble when attempting to browse the groups page & develop page on the roblox website. The group section on the user’s profile page doesn’t show.
We’ve tried accessing the account on a different computer, using a different web browser and haven’t managed to fix the issue, the user is in multiple groups. After contacting roblox we haven’t managed to fix the issue and it’s still happening.
It looks like your friend has a browser extension installed which is changing the appearance of those pages. Tell him to disable it and see if the problem is resolved.
The first thing we tried was removing any chrome extensions, even attempting to access the account via a different computer didn’t resolve the situation. It stopped happening after a few days and now the account is back to normal.
