The issue is probably that the Community Sift filter can filter the same exact string in totally different ways each time you submit it, due to the nature of its neural network.
Anything on the site that lets you preview a submitted string should “lock in” that string so that the filter doesn’t hit it a second time.
Probably only for a while, e.g. 5 minutes or 24 hours. Sometimes the filter doesn’t work well and produces a bad result that should not be saved for the future. For example, if “The sky is blue” became “### sky is blue” then it would suck to never be able to say “The sky is blue” because the filter failed once.

In regards to this specific user, they have been notified of what actions they need to take in order to have the issue resolved.

I would imagine, but I ran into 2 separate cases in within a very short period of time. Providing a solution would probably be better than fixing every single case that pops up.
EZIC already is a terrorist roleplay group. Perhaps that is why it is flagged by Sift.
Although the intentions are likely fine, it still will probably always flag a response.
