Bro this is awesome the realism is there.

I like the use of Future lighting, but I recommend making a few more things the metal material such as steps.

Also crank environment specular scale and diffuse scale to 1

Yeah both were set to one but the lighting props were being changed by my partner so it may have temporarily been switched
