While a player is in Freecam which hides the GUIs, if a GUI is given to the player, it will be visible despite still being in Freecam.
Expected behavior
The GUI that is added to the player should not be visible until Freecam is deactivated.

It’s also possible to enter freecam as soon as you join the game before the starter UI is given, which also shows up despite being in freecam.
What? 14 days without a response?
You’d expect ROBLOX take these reports seriously, but judging by the sweet, sweet time they take, they do not.
Bumping this!
Let’s see if we’ll make 2 months without a response!
Yeah
The freecam doesn’t toggle any secret checkboxes to disable all UI, it just Disables your GUIs when started, and resets the ones it Disables when stopped.
It’s been a while since this has been reported. Any plans to fix this?
No response? Guess nobody wants to fix this.
yeah i hope nobody fixes this tbh (nobody wants to), but still a problem that should be regarded ![]()
Hey @Real_BenTheMiner,
Thanks for the report! Sorry it took us a while, but this should be fixed now. Please let us know if you encounter any further issues.
It’s great to finally receive a response, but I’m currently experiencing another issue which is making me unable to test this:
I can take a look at this. Are you using the latest version of the freecam script, and can you provide a minimal reproduction file?
Apologies for the delay again. You raise a good point with that question, it seems this was being caused by a custom freecam module. This issue does not exist with the default freecam. Apologies for the trouble!
No worries, thank you for checking this out!
