Is this UI “Too” crowded (Talking about the PRIVATE SERVERS frame).

Its the opposite of crowded, too much empty space imo

Seems fine to me!
I just suggest removing the empty space by using a UIListLayout, where each section is contained in a frame so they are easy to manage. This will remove the empty space. You can also set the Y size of each container in pixels and make the UI have AutomaticSize on the Y axis to make it always have the perfect fitting size. Just a thought!
GUIs always look better when darker colors. Change the color to a gray even if it means changing the color scheme of your game
