well sometimes when i open my project in roblox studio some gui elements changes their size from scale to offset
This is probably the cause of a plugin if it is happening in studio, or if youre working with others, someone changing it.
In the case you’re working alone, Disable a plugin, see if the problem still persists, if so, repeat that until it stops, then you can get rid of the plugin thats doing it.
On the other hand do you have any scripts that would be changing the size of your GUIObjects? If so that may be the cause.

well i ve re activated the auto scale plugin to set back the guis again and im working alone+ i dont recall haveing a scropt that changes guis proprietes + it doesnt matter since even though i have one its effecr should be over when i stop the experienxe

Do you have any other plugins?
If so please deactivate them one at a time, and after deactivating one, check if the problem still persists. Chances are if a plugin is causing the issue, the plugin wont seem like it has anything to do with plugins.
Another question, does this problem happen in other studio files?
i have nothing active in the plug in tab and no only in that file
