Hello everyone and welcome to your training! I will be your trainer for today.

Before we move onto the first section anyone have questions?

We will now begin our first section of this training. The greeting phase. In this stage, you’ll be required to state your greetings when myself or one of my assistants approach you.

As a Cashier, it is important to provide a greeting that’s precise and clear. It is also important to make the customer feel as welcome as possible for them to have the best experience.

You may want to say something like: “Welcome to McDonalds! My name is [USERNAME], and I will be your cashier today! What can I get started for you?”

In your greeting a few key factors to make sure you have to include is to have a Clear Greeting meaning it’s not too long, not too short and Making sure it’s easy to read to all Roblox users.

Now that we’ve reviewed some key information, you’ll have one minute to prepare your greeting.

When we approach you, be sure to state your greeting. Failure to provide your greeting within 10 seconds will result in a loss of points from this section.

Your time begins now!

Please don’t state your greeting until I say, doing so may result in you failing this section.

Your time is up! We will now begin coming around to check your greetings and hand out points to those who pass!

Great job everyone! We will now move onto the next stage which is ordering.

Throughout this stage you’ll be required to prepare two items we order from you.

Once I state the items, you should go and make it in the kitchen on the right side of the room.

Everyone will have three minutes to prepare the items that we order.

Do not be afraid to look at the Recipe Guide located on the side of the wall between the Juice Flavors and the Burger Station , if you are stuck, this guide will show you how to make each item.

Once the time is up, you must be at your register. Once I or one of the assistants approach you, please show us the items. You’re not required to hand them to us.

However, if you were at the restaurant you would use !handto [USERNAME] to hand an item to them.

Please also note that the ordering limit is 3 items, a customer cannot go above 3 items per order.

We will now begin, could everyone please go and get me a ______?

We have now reached the 3rd section of this training. Trolling!

During this simulation my assistants and myself will approach you.

When we approach you, state your greeting as previously done in other sections.

Trollers are not permitted at the restaurant nor is the act of trolling. If you encounter a troller you should give them one verbal warning, then proceed to locate/call for an MR+.

To give a warning you would sya Warning I (user) (Reason), for example Warning 1 alexvuh | Trolling. Or something similar.

Make sure it contains for full username Not display name as other people may have a similar user name in game.

To call an MR, you may do this via the group wall or the communications server. However, for training purposes you should state “calls MR+” in chat.

Make sure before calling an MR you would give them a warning as previously stated!

If you see an MR+ admin abusing you should gather proof, for example taking a screenshot or screen recording. You should also take their username and contact a HR through our communication server.

Exploiters, unlike trollers, are very disruptive.

You may see them fly, walk through walls, etc. If you encounter an exploiter, you should contact an HR in the communications server.

Exploiters receive no warnings and will be permanently banned from the game.

Please be mindful that this is a simulation, therefore, it’s pretending. We are simply testing your ability to handle a troller and any comments made should not be taken on a personal level.

We will now begin on the trolling section remember to state your greeting when we approach you!

Congratulations to everyone who passed the Trolling Section, I hope you all have been listening to everything I have had to say in today session, we are now moving onto the the final section the Trivia Questions!

Please note you have to get 4/5 in order to pass this section.

Question One: What is your job as a Cashier at our Restaurant?
Answer/Similar: To politely serve and handle customers orders to ensure they have a great experience in McDonalds.

Question Two: How would you handle a troller?
Answer/Similar: Give one verbal warning and then contact an MR+.

Question Three: What should you do if a staff member is admin abusing?
Answer/Similar: Take screenshots, report it in the communications server and/or tell a present HR or MR.

Question Four: What 3 features should be included in your greeting?
Answer/Similar: It is important to provide a greeting that’s welcoming, precise and clear.

We’ve now reached the end of the training session. My Assistants and I would like to congratulate you on passing.

Before we have the ranker come in, we’ll review some important information.

Trolling and point-cheating are prohibited and will lead to automatic termination.

You may train for your next rank at any time, however; we recommend that you’re comfortable in your new rank before training for a new one!

Once you reach the rank of Head Cashier you will have to either purchase or apply to become a Staff Assistant!

You can also be promoted by being recognized by one of our HRs!

As a staff member, you’re required to be respectful and professional. If you fail to be respectful and/or professional, you’ll be terminated.

Finally, grammar is not required for any LR ranks, although it is recommended! Grammar does not equal professionalism, so always remain professional!

When the ranker comes into the room, you should also remain silent and stand behind your registers. Failure to follow these instructions can result in you not being promoted.
