When right clicking over a GuiObject in UI editing mode outside of play test mode, it picks at the exact position, and returns each overlapping GuiObject in a list.
However, when you do this inside of play test mode (either through enabling UI editing mode by selecting StarterGui in the explorer, or holding down SHIFT+CTRL+Right mouse button), it will try to pick a pixel far away from the cursor. The cursor also shifts to that location for a frame, then goes back to where you right clicked.
The highlighted circle indicates where I clicked, and the blue arrow indicates the offset.
