GuiService.MenuIsOpen not Updated with New Report Menu

Reproduction Steps
Open the new report menu from any account which has it. Not all accounts have this menu yet. See that GuiService.MenuIsOpen is not enabled.

Expected Behavior
Per the documentation, “Returns true if any menu of CoreGui is open”, GuiService.MenuIsOpen should be set to true.

Actual Behavior
It does not set GuiService.MenuIsOpen to true.

This issue is still occurring. This should be a very simple fix.
