Gun animation feedback

So, I’m still relatively new to animating, and I’d like to request some feedback on a Desert Eagle animation set I’ve just made.

maybe add a few more firing sounds and then randomly pick between them when shooting

The slide moves way too springily, do not damp its reaching of the end point. The hands also should not react that much until the slide stops, the slide’s sudden stopping is what causes the majority of felt recoil with a handgun. As of right now, it looks like the character is just using his arms to tilt the gun and the slide suddenly falls down.

Is this any better?

Yeah it is, but i recommend another thing, i recommend you making so that the hand does not move like very much up, otherwise, that becomes distracting. But who knows? Maybe you want to make a more violent gun idk your choice

This gun animation looks VERY GOOD AND GREAT! Nice job on it! How long did it take to create this animation in total? Will you use it in anything? How long have you been animating for?

Initial posing took maybe 7 minutes, and the other 2 animations were about 20 minutes each.

Yeah, planning on making a full game, still figuring out how its going to play.

Not long, animating guns specifically maybe a few months?
