Gun Animation Help

I want to achieve a system where a gun is animated separately from the arms (meshpart).

The animation won’t actually play! The animationID is correct, all of the times are correct, and the animation.length matches up with the actual animation’s length.

I exported the gun animation in Moon Animator, then converted the animation with the right values from a folder into a proper keyframesequence, with all of the correct values. However, it still won’t play, and I’ve checked the documentation for solutions without success.
