I’ve been running into this issue for the last couple of days and haven’t found a workaround for it yet, but it’s leaving me to believe there may be some issue with the mesh, as I’m not sure if scripting would be another possible cause. I’ll go into detail and then show a clip of the issue.
As of now, we have three weapons that are placed in the player’s inventory for testing purposes (just to make sure the guns are working properly). The Ak-47 and the M1911 work flawlessly, but upon switching over to the Scar-L the weapon is invisible and does not load at all until ‘R’ is pressed to reload, where it will play the reload animation and then cause the weapon to go invisible. When messing around with this, we actually changed the mesh IDs to those of the AK-47 and it seemed to show up just fine and work, but with the Scar-L mesh IDs, it doesn’t. Will this be more closely related to a mesh issue? If so, how can I go about fixing this issue for this weapon and future weapons?
