Had to private my game, users lots all their paid private servers

Yesterday I had a huge bug causing users to gain an excess amount of points in my experience (we’re talking it takes 4 days average playing to get 10k points and some users had 100k points).
Players took advantage of the bug and we had to turn the game on private in a rush. Doing so unfortunately meant taking off private servers because Roblox won’t let you private the game otherwise and our private servers were paid for.
I understand I can give back in-game rewards for users who have lost their robux but it’s not the same as giving back their Robux. I have already messaged support but they take a while to respond and paid users are really unhappy (rightfully so) but is there a way around this that I can give people refunds back? Most haven’t been in my group for the 14 day period and I don’t want to have them wait to have this returned.

I think it’s best if you just gave the in-game items back. Would this be challenging to do?

I think you misunderstand. I’m saying I understand I can give in-game rewards to them (for now) instead of servers as I can’t give back servers when it runs through Roblox’s settings.

You can try to refund the players, but it will be challenging. How much did a server cost?

50 robux but we’d need to wait for everyone to be in the community for 14 days for payouts. We had about 145 purchases for this.

Okay, that’s doable. Disable the creation of new private servers for now and have players provide screenshots of server ownership.
