Game Rules
- Treat all players with respect; harassment and bullying are not tolerated.
- Use appropriate language; hate speech is strictly prohibited.
- Play fair; avoid cheating or exploiting game mechanics.
- Refrain from spamming or flooding the chat.
- Respect the decisions made by our staff.
- Avoid arguments with ST+ members, as they have the authority to take moderated actions.
Adhering to these guidelines is essential to maintain a positive gaming environment. Failure to comply may result in in-game consequences.

Guest
A player who is not in the group.
Haio Customer
A normal group player.
Noted Customer
A former MR+ that stood out to our community or a Business Partner Representative, this role is no longer handed out to everyone.
Crew Team
Trainee
Player who passed the test at the Application Center. And is waiting to become a Beginner Chef, these people must attend a training to start working.
Junior Crew Member
Someone who passed 30 minutes worth of training.
Crew Member
Someone who passed 60 minutes worth of training.
Senior Crew Member
Someone who passed 90 minutes worth of training.
Kitchen Leader
Someone who passed 120 minutes worth of training.
Supervision Team
Shift Leader
Someone who applied for management, or got promoted from Kitchen Leader or Sr. Crew Member. Shift Leaders are able to train and assist at training sessions.
Supervisor
Someone who got promoted from Shift Leader during distributions. Supervisors are able to train and assist at training sessions.
Assistant Manager
Someone who got promoted from Supervisor during distributions. Assistant Managers are able to train, assist and, co-host at training sessions.
General Manager
Someone who applied for Management, or got promoted from Assistant Manager. General Managers are able to train, assist, co-host and, host at training sessions. This rank is also given moderation commands at the cafe.
Corporate Assistant
Someone who got promoted from General Manager..
Corporate Officer
Someone who got promoted from Corporate Assistant. Corporate Officers are able to be recruited to become an Executive.
Executive Team
Executive Intern
Someone who applied for Executive, or got promoted from Corporate Officer. Executive Interns have to participate in a trial to see if they are eligible to be an Executive.
Junior Executive
Someone who completed and passed their trial.
Senior Executive
Someone who got promoted from Junior Executive during distributions.
Head Executive
Someone who got promoted from Senior Executive during distributions. Head Executive are able to be promoted to a Chief rank, IF only if the department has a Chief who has resigned from their position.

Step Two: Attend and pass a training session
Trainees aren’t allowed to work behind the counters at the cafe. To start working attend a training session during one of the scheduled times you may see bellow. In our communications server you can view the times in your timezone.

Our ownership and leadership team are able to host sessions at unscheduled times. To stay notified on when we host join our communications server.

Moderation Support
If you were banned from the game, a form to appeal your ban is available in our cafes website. You cannot appeal if you are not in the Communications Server. Normally, a server ban will only last until a server closes. A PBAN will last forever unless you appeal it..
How do I become a MR+?
Once you become a Senior Crew Member at the cafe, you’re able to be promoted to Shift Leader via two ways, the first way to become a Shift Leader is to be recommended by a Assistant Manager+, the other way is to simply apply for the position in our communications server. If accepted or promoted you will be a part of the Management Team specifically the Lower Management Team and can warn & jail trollers.
Asking for a promotion, which is called hinting, is not allowed. Approaching a member of the Executive Team and hinting will reduce your chances of being promoted.
