Game Rules
- Treat all players with respect; harassment and bullying are not tolerated.
- Use appropriate language; hate speech is strictly prohibited.
- Play fair; avoid cheating or exploiting game mechanics.
- Refrain from spamming or flooding the chat.
- Respect the decisions made by our staff.
- Avoid arguments with MR+ members, as they have the authority to take moderated actions.
Adhering to these guidelines is essential to maintain a positive gaming environment. Failure to comply may result in in-game consequences.

Customer
A normal member of the group.
Noted Customer
A former MR+ that stood out to our community, this role is no longer handed out to everyone.
Allied Representative
A person who work with us as a business partner/alliance.
Chef Team
Trainee
Player who passed the test at the Application Center. And is waiting to become a Beginner Chef, these people must attend a training to start working.
Beginner Chef
Someone who passed 30 minutes worth of training.
Senior Chef
Someone who passed 60 minutes worth of training.
Head Chef
Someone who passed 90 minutes worth of training.
Intern
Someone who passed 120 minutes worth of training.
Lower Management Team
Helper
Someone who applied for management, or got promoted from Intern. Helpers are able to spectate at training sessions.
Experienced Helper
Someone who got promoted from Helper during distributions. Experienced Helpers are able to start assisting at training sessions.
Supervisor
Someone who got promoted from Experienced Helper during distributions. Supervisors are able to start training at training sessions.
Assistant Manager
Someone who applied for manager, or got promoted from Supervisor. Assistant Managers are able to start hosting training sessions.
General Manager
Someone who got promoted from Assistant Manager…
Board of Directors
Someone who got promoted from General Manager. Board of Directors are able to be recruited to become a Corporate.
The Lower & Upper Management Team combined is the cafes Management Team.
Corporate Team
Corporate Intern
Someone who applied for Corporate, or got promoted from Board of Directors. Corporate Interns have to participate in a trial to see if they are eligible to be a corporate.
Junior Corporate
Someone who completed and passed their trial.
Senior Corporate
Someone who got promoted from Junior Corporate during distributions.
Head Corporate
Someone who got promoted from Senior Corporate during distributions. Head Corporates are able to be promoted to a Chief rank, only if the department has a Chief resign from it.

Step Two: Attend and pass a training session
Trainees aren’t allowed to work behind the counters at the cafe. To start working attend a training session during one of the scheduled times you may see bellow. In our communications server you can view the times in your timezone.

Moderation Support
If you were banned from the game, a form to appeal your ban is available in our cafes website. You cannot appeal if you are not in the Communications Server. Normally, a server ban will only last until a server closes. A PBAN will last forever unless you appeal it…
How do I become a MR+?
Once you become a Intern at the cafe, you’re able to be promoted to Helper via two ways, the first way to become a Helper is to be recommended by a Supervisor+, the other way is to simply apply for the position in our communications server. If accepted or promoted you will be a part of the Management Team specifically the Lower Management Team and can warn & jail trollers.
Asking for a promotion, which is called hinting, is not allowed. Approaching a member of the Corporate Team and hinting will reduce your chances of being promoted.

Application Process
- Submission: Complete the affiliate application form, providing accurate and relevant information. After submitting open a General Customer Support ticket in our communications server simply stated you have applied to become an alliance.
- Review: Our team will assess your application, considering factors such as audience engagement and content alignment.
- Approval: Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link and further details about the program.
Requirements
- Community Size: Your Discord server must have 100+ members (excluding bots), and your Roblox group should also have 200+ non-botted members.
- Group Activity: Your group MUST demonstrate consistent activity, and members should actively engage with your community.
- Representatives: You must be able to provide 2 Representatives who will effectively announce and communicate information related to Haio Cafe.
- Professionalism: Affiliates are expected to maintain a professional and positive presence, with no history of adverse actions within their group.

- Positive Promotion: Affiliates should promote Haio Cafe positively and respectfully.
- Content Alignment: Your content should align with the values and interests of Haio Cafe’s community.
- Ethical Practices: We value ethical promotion and discourage any form of spam or misleading practices.
