Very nice game Xezlo, everything is put together so well. I don’t think you really need to worry about a map yet (which is alright in your case) However i have one question!
Question - I’ve only ever played tycoons once or twice, but that was enough too see. So my question is… When you eventually expand the map are you going to add some secret areas (only asked because of what i’ve seen in other tycoons)
Feedback - Anyways so far the game is looking alright (i’m not going to be too harsh on you don’t worry!) Usually players only leave after they feel satisfied with what they have accomplished in your game, so if you were to put something on the second floor (if your tycoon has two story buildings that is) you could put special tools that would help you out!

The game overall is Solid, i’d think the map of course will need a Better foundation for the tycoon itself but which you said yourself the map is yet to be made. At the moment here are some things i started noticing while playing the game itself.
The Barbers cut the same person every time with the same prefixed cut
The Customers sometimes get stuck whenever they leave the seat (Saw this commonly on the second customer)
I feel like the game missed some opportunity’s to have some more gameplay features as (But this branches off from your typical tycoon games so read with an open mind.)
Having customers line up in a queue of some sorts, if you couldn’t give them a cut with a XX amount of time you lost rating and value within your salon. The better the rating the more higher paying customers you could receive.
Having different staff specialize in different haircuts maybe even have a class system or star system with like 5 Star staff > 1 Star staff with each staff skill ranging from barber to barber.
Maybe having more control over your saloon at the moment you feel like you dont have control over your saloon more like just blanky walking around (Maybe customizable saloon? or being able to decorate it)
Please note some of these ideas aren’t related to tycoons but they are ideas that i feel like could help improve the quality of game.

I believe those seats are actually there, they are just yet to be visible until you purchase them at a later stage

It looks like a really good tycoon but functionally it’s like every other tycoon where you wait till you can afford all the money parts before going to buy the cosmetic stuff. Most players will rush 8 salon chairs on an empty wooden floor cause that’s how you maximize progression. I like tycoons where everything you buy increases money gained, this lets you do the tycoon however order you want without having to focus money farm to have a reasonable rate of progression or having the feeling that you’re wasting time by buying the non money items before the money ones. Of course this would break your system of employees making money and the gamepasses associated with that, but it’s the type of tycoon I prefer.
Idk if this is a real problem, but with the gamepasses, the two times cash is 239 R$ and the two times worker speed is 50 R$. Don’t both them lead to generating double revenue? so it’s weird that one is very cheaper than the other. Maybe it’s intentional and you want some players to notice so they think they’re outsmarting the system by buying the cheaper gamepass and getting the same reward.
A cool cosmetic feature I think you could add is allowing the player to change the lighting theme of the salon. Instead of having the blue and pink light for every single tycoon plot each player can choose a custom color1 and color2 to make their own different color combination like red and green or orange and purple. and like @LuciferVonhart said, randomized guests would be nice, so would them lining up outside the salon then walking in instead of teleporting inside and out.
