I cant find any halftones that can be customized with color. Does anybody have a website or a way to color them?
I want to color this halftone green:

Hey! You can easily do this on Photopea (free and online), just tried it myself here 
:
Drag your image into the editor, delete the background by clicking the extra options in the eraser tool > magic eraser, then click the white background to make your halftone transparent
Now, to make it green, create a mask/clip layer on top of the halftone layer, and color it green/whatever color you want to work with, and you should be ready to export!

You can also do it with kleki.com
copy paste your image in as image, add a new layer, add the color you want with the paint bucket tool (with the sample set to active) and change the layer blending mode to lighten.
this method also works for photopea.com
