This is my 1st time useing a Custom Rig so apologies if this is a Rookie mistake. I imported the Mesh Rig using the Import 3D tool. I got the rig of off Sketchfab, afterwards having to reduce the triangle count to under 10k. When I imported it I was testing if I could animate it, everything works except for the hands. They for some reason have specific parts stretching back to the original position they were in. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Note: It happens ONLY to the hands, the rest of the model can be animated perfectly fine with nothing like this happening.
I’ll come back to this statement, there actually is a bone in the hand in my blender file. For some reason this won’t tranfer into roblox though. What could be the cause?

It’s rigged good, but for some reason roblox fails to pick up on a lot of bones, removing a lot of the bones in its mouth and hands. The mouth still works with 2 bones though, but the hand doesn’t.
