People with this rank are responsible for managing the discord server and Roblox game, ensuring it’s safe from rule violators.

People with this rank are responsible for overseeing all group and discord server operations, as well as employing and supervising Group Moderators.

People with this rank are part of our Development Team, and work primarily on the building, scripting and programming of our game.

FAQ
  • How do I become a Group Moderator?
    Group Moderators are generally handpicked by our Group Administrators, as well as the Co Founder & Founder. However, applications for such positions may be released at times when there is a staff shortage.

  • How do I become a Group Administrator?
    Group Administrators are handpicked by our Co Founder & Founder. You must have previously been a Group Moderator in order to be considered for this position.

  • I purchased a gamepass, but it’s not working. What should I do?
    Under “Social Links” on the main group page, join our discord server and head to the “Support” category and channel. There you can create a ticket, describing the issue you’ve experienced, and one of our staff members will be able to assist you.

  • What do I do if there’s a problem in game, but there’s no moderator there to assist?
    If this is ever the case, you should first try and contact a moderator via our communications server. If you aren’t able to join the communications server, then you can contact an one via the group wall. If nobody responds, you can create a support ticket or direct message a Group Administrator.

  • How can I form an alliance with Harú?
    Unfortunately, at this time, Harú is not looking for groups to form alliances with. However, we may be looking to start-up our partnership program again in the near future.
