Oh I used to have this problem too! What you should do (sorry, I don’t have blender open rn so I can’t really explain it), is go into one of the top setting things at the side, I believe it’s the one where you can change the render setting from cycles to eevee or vise versa. Then scroll down and there should be something that says ‘light paths’. Click this, and there will be a setting called Transparency. Change this to 0 (it is normally on 8 I think). If it doesn’t work, make sure to select the head while doing it! Sorry if this wasn’t very well explained, but I hope I helped
