🌸 Rank Information

The ranks at Hau’oli are separated into 5 different rank boundries. These are as follows:

  • Customer Ranks
  • Low Ranks (Retail Team)
  • Middle Ranks (Management Team)
  • High Ranks (Executive Team)
  • Super Ranks (Executive Management Team)

🏝️ Individual Rank Information

Customer Ranks

  • Hungry Customer

This rank is for brand new group members.

  • Noted Customer

This rank is for former High Rank+ staff.

  • Alliance Representative

This rank is for the representatives from our alliances. They are given a seperate rank for ease of identifying who our allies are.

Low Ranks

  • Crew Trainee

This rank is for our up and coming staff members. They have passed their application and are free to attend trainings to become official staff.

  • Cashier

This rank is the first rank you can achieve after attending a training session. They are responsible for taking orders from customers and inputting them into the order system.

  • Line Cook

As the second rank you can achieve in trainings, Line Cooks are responsible for crafting orders sent through by Cashiers, and giving them to customers.

  • Senior Crew

Senior Crew are able to work both jobs (Cashier and Cook), and are also elligable for a promotion to Restaurant Assistant.

  • Development Team

This rank is reserved for the developers of Hau’oli.

  • Artificial Intelligence

This rank is reserved for Hau’oli’s ranking bots.

  • Management Intern

This rank is for staff members who are making the move from the Retail Team, to the Management Team. Management Interns undergo an internship process, and while they are ranked Management Intern, they are not officially a Middle Rank, yet.

Middle Ranks

  • Restaurant Assistant

This rank is the first Middle Rank. They are able to train at training sessions, host shifts, and supervise the restaurant.

  • Supervisor

Supervisors gain a new responsibility in hosting training sessions. They can also host shifts down at the restaurant.

  • Assistant Manager

The responsibility of an Assistant Manager do not differ from those of a Floor Supervisor, except they now have ranking privileges that can be used in training sessions.

  • General Manager

General Managers can supervise training sessions to ensure that they are running correctly. They can also carry out Training Team promotions when prompted by the Staffing Department. Finally, they are urged to choose a department to join in the event that they join the Executive Team.

High Ranks

  • Board of Executives

The Board of Executives are members of Hau’oli’s departments. You may not see them in-game much, however they are hard at working keeping Hau’oli running. They can join one of our two department.

  • Chief Communications Officer

The Chief Communications Officer is the lead of our Communications Department which manages events and alliances.

  • Chief Staff Officer

The Chief Staff Officer is the lead of our Staffing Department which manages all of the staff at Hau’oli, including promotions, consequences, and applications.

  • Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer is not in charge of their department any more, instead they assist the Super Ranks in overseeing both departments, and work closely to ensure they are running correctly.

Super Ranks

  • Vice President, President, Vice Chair

As Super Ranks, these staff are responsible for overseeing the entire group, and making high level operational changes where needed.

  • Chairman

The owner of Hau’oli.
