Haven Cafe - Code of Conduct
This code of conduct is a list of rules that should be followed by all people under any circumstance. These should be used in any Haven Cafe game, with no failure what so ever. If you break these rules, Our workers have the right to refuse service and can report you using the support command. How you behave, and present yourself must be in check with these rules.
The code of conduct is split into two sections, a Workers code of conduct, and a Customers code of conduct… Workers code of conduct spans from Trainee to Developer Team+. The Customers code of conduct spans from not being in the group to Trainee.
We will now start with the guide.
Workers code of conduct
1 - Dress Code:
All Baristas are required to wear appropriate attire while on duty. Inappropriate clothing includes, but is not limited to: offensive, discriminatory, or disrespectful clothing. Avoid wearing attire that mocks any movement or promotes controversial messages. During your shifts and training sessions, ensure that the avatar’s torso is visible to display the uniform properly.
2 - Responsibility and Behavior:
Act in a manner that reflects decency and respect in all Barista locations. Engage in friendly conversations with friends, customers, admins, and fellow Baristas. However, always adhere to the Barista Code of Conduct and uphold the standards outlined in the platform’s terms of service. Disrespectful behavior, vulgar jokes, insults, trolling, or gossiping are not tolerated and may result in consequences such as demotion, ban, Premium Customer ban, or permanent ban depending on the severity.
Remember that actions on your account are your responsibility, and excuses such as “it wasn’t me” will not be considered valid.
3 - Advancements:
Baristas can progress through ranks by participating in training sessions. The highest rank achievable through training is Head Barista. Avoid hinting or explicitly requesting promotions, as it is viewed as unprofessional. Working excessively long hours will not increase your chances of promotion; consistent and healthy activity is preferred. 4 - Communication:
While grammar is not strictly required for Trainees to Head Baristas, ensure that your sentences are readable and understandable for effective communication with customers and colleagues. Failure to maintain clear communication may result in demotion.
5 - Employment Requirements:
To join as a Trainee to Senior Barista, your Roblox account must be at least 30 days old. Trainees must not have Safe Chat. Head Baristas require a Discord account and verification in our Barista Discord server.
6 - Utility Commands:
Utility commands are a privilege for Baristas. Head Baristas have the additional ability to kick disruptive players in the absence of admins. Abuse of the kick command will result in immediate demotion.
Customers code of conduct
[1] Trolling or disturbing the cafe’s flow is not allowed; automatic ban without warning.
[2] Exploiting is strictly prohibited; signs lead to permanent bans.
[3] Dress appropriately; no racist, sexist, or offensive clothing allowed. Change if asked.
[4] Bypassing Roblox filter in usernames is not allowed; automatic ban.
[5] Spamming results in bans or PCBans.
[6] No advertising (YouTube, servers, groups); leads to a ban.
[7] Do not annoy administrators; continuous annoyance may result in a ban.
[8] False accusations or reports lead to a ban.
[9] Speak English; trolling in another language results in a ban.
[10] Maximum of three items per order; exceeding leads to a ban.
[11] Administrators can ban alternative accounts rejoined after a rightful ban.
[12] Use common sense; administrators can ban for rule bypassing.
[13] Account age must be at least 27 days to visit; prevents ban evasion.
[14] No racism or discriminatory language; automatic ban for violations.
