Haven't received my crown of o's?

I have 18k MAU in my game, but haven’t received any crowns, anyone know where I can claim them?

I think they’re either discontinued, or maybe slow to appear in your inventory. I remember there being a form you could fill out to get it faster but I’m not sure if that form is up anymore. It takes up to 3 months to get your crown though, I think you can contact devawards@roblox.com if I remember correctly.
