Having trouble launching ROBLOX

Hi there,
I’ve been having trouble recently with the Roblox App (website version).
Whenever I try to play a game from the website: nothing happens (Roblox doesn’t launch).

Some of my friends had this problem too; I uninstalled Roblox Player from the windows’ control panel and deleted the C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Roblox\ folder but it does not seem to work and C:\Program Files (x86)\Roblox\.
The Microsoft store’s version does work though, and my computer is x64 bit:

I’m really confused about those versions and different files.

Edit: I managed to download files mentioned in the logs manually through my internet browser:

and placed them correctly in C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Roblox\Versions\latest_version\PlatformContent\pc\

but I now get another error which is the following:
