Having trouble with my AutomaticSize UI

I am trying to make an admin UI, but I don’t know how to fix this

The frame should be fitting the scrolling frame but it stops short.
This always occurs whenever I use ScrollingFrames, UIPadding, UIListLayout, and AutomaticSize, and I am not sure if this is a bug.
I want the scrolling frame to fit in the larger frame.

I have tried looking for ways to fix this but I couldn’t find any
