Alright, so im working on an enemy for my game. I (roughly) made the model and I think its fine. One problem, I dont know how to rig. My model faces the player wrong and the arms go all over the place. The legs and head also dont move. Im using Motors to connect all the parts to the torso and welding others.
Since ive never done this before im not sure what screenshots I should attach, if anyone knows how to fix this ask me to provide any additional screenshots you need
whats the difference between the two, what did you do to make the first one work.
When the model faces the player wrong is most likely do to a rotated humanoid root part. The front face of the humanoid should be the front face of the model. (if I’m remembering correctly)
Make sure the humanoidrootpart is facing the direction of the rest of the model. an easy fix is to rotate the entire model (excluding the humanoidrootpart) by some 90 degrees
