Staff Intern - The Assistant Supervisors helps out Moderators and learns how to be a Staff Assistant.
Staff Assistant - Staff Assistant help out with Training, Shifts, and Interviews.
Supervisor - The Supervisor helps outs Moderators and learns how to be a Moderator.
Moderator - Moderator learns how to be a HR when the time comes they get promoted they learn how to host interviews and trainings. They make sure staff is doing their part.
Administrator - A Administrator helps out lower ranks by helping out staff and learning how to do their part and makes sure no one is AAing.
Management Team - Manages Interviews, Trainings, and Shifts. Helping out Moderators and teaching them how to become a successful HR.
Assistant Corporate Officer - The Assistant Corporate Officer must help out Corporate Officers.
Corporate Officer - Corporate Officer makes sure everything is running smoothly at the Cafe.
Staffing Director - Is in charge of promotions with MRs. Only this rank and up can promote MRs.
Board of Executives - The Board of Executives oversees all activity in the cafe and group.
Board of Directors - The Board of Directors oversees all kicks, bans, and pbans in the cafe to make sure all of them have a reasoning while checking audit logs regularly making sure no one is AAing in the group.
Vice Presidential Board - The Vice Presidential Board helps out the Vice President.
Chief Staff Officer - The Presidential Board helps out the President.
President/Vice President - The President and Vice President must work together to ensure that the company is a stable work environment and functioning properly. They must respond to any inquiries regarding the group and oversee all events.
