Honey Comb Cafe - Rank Information

This guide shows a brief description of every rank offered in the Honey Comb Cafe group. From non-staff roles to the owner of Honey Comb Cafe’s role. This could be useful for a handful of things, to figure out what your current, next, or past role did/does/will-do.

Customer:
This rank is just a simple customer. They may attend an interview to be promoted to a Trainee.
Level: 1
Max Capacity: N/A

Valued Customer:
A respected former member of the moderation department+.
Level: 2
Max Capacity: N/A

Allied Representative:
A group member that represents one of our allies.
Level: 2
Max Capacity: 2 per ally

Contributor:
This role consists of the helpful contributors of our group.
Level: 2
Max Capacity: N/A

Starter Cashier:
This level of a worker can not enter the kitchen yet without proper training.
Level: 3 | LR
Max Capacity: N/A

Junior Cashier:
This is the second level of a Low Rank. Having this role means you have passed one training session. With this role, you have access to the kitchen area.
Level: 4 | LR
Max Capacity: N/A

Cashier:
This is the second to last rank of the Low Ranks. To achieve this role you have to pass two training sessions.
Level: 5 | LR
Max Capacity: N/A

Senior Cashier:
This rank is the final part of the Low Ranks. To earn this role you have to pass a training with one-hundred percent accuracy and get everything correct. Senior Cashiers can refer to the Senior Cashier Assistance Manual for tips on becoming Staff Assistant!

Max Capacity: N/A

Staff Assistant:
This is the first Middle Rank. Only Senior Cashiers can receive this rank through dedication and activity (refer to the Senior Cashier Assistance Manual for tips on becoming this rank). With this rank, you can assist in training sessions. You will be given a permanent mod at the cafe and a temporary mod during training.

Training Team:
At this rank, you may now train at training sessions! You will be given perm mod at the cafe and training!
Level: 8 | MR
Max Capacity: 3

Supervising Team:
This is the highest level of a Middle Rank. You may still train at training sessions. You will also still be given a permanent mod at the cafe and mod during training and interview sessions.

Management Team:
This is the first High Ranked role. With this rank, you are given permanent admin at the cafe and all of the centers. You may host training as well as group shout. And you can now host shifts!
Level: 9 | HR
Max Capacity: 2

Leadership Team:
You are given permanent admin at the cafe and all of the centers. You may host training as well as group shout. You have higher power than the Management Team when it comes to ranking and you can promote workers’ to Starter Cashier through Supervising Team if allowed to do so.

Max Capacity: 2

Staffing Director
This rank is in charge of staff promotions and general management of the staff team. They will be given permanent Super Admin at the cafe and all of the centers.

Operations Director:
This rank is in charge of managing stores, advertising, socials, etc. They will be given permanent Super Admin at the cafe and all of the centers.

Relations Director:
This rank is in charge of alliances. They will announce any alliance events and any new alliances. They will be given permanent Super Admin at the cafe and all of the centers.

Executive Director:
This rank is in charge of overseeing all of the board of directors!

Chairman
In charge of running the group.

Some of these rank’s capacities could change over time depending on how things change with Honey Comb Cafe. So, this guide is not finalized and could have future revisions.
