Head "Not Watertight" Question

While attempting to use blender to create a “Dynamic Head”, I removed the teeth and tongue correctly from the body, but now attempting to import presents me with:

This mesh is not watertight, meaning there is an unexpected number of holes in it. If this is a clothing mesh, this can impact Hidden Surface Removal. If this is a different type of mesh, this may have some unexpected rendering effect.

I’m wondering if this would impact head validation if I were to upload, as it doesn’t seem like that much of an issue, but I’m not sure as the guidelines aren’t clear enough, as well as it not allowing “FaceControls” to exist because of the error.

(I’m absolutely garbage at blender so I wouldn’t know how to fix this anyway.)

I can’'t see well enough if you have the interior faces joined to the outer ones. It looks like you have ‘sharp’ marked interior faces (as opposed to the black outer faces) that aren’t joined.

You can see this if you go into the Edit mode and view the face orientation (google how to do it, it’s easier than if I explain it). If you see orange faces instead of blue then your interior and exterior aren’t joined properly.

You may be able to select the indside ring of edges and the outside ring of edges, right click and use the edge loops bridge tool to do it.

I mean I guess it isn’t.

This is basically a Roblox Documentation Download I removed the teeth from, I didn’t expect it to break that fast.

Try this, it’s easier to see:

You can select the red faces and go to the Mesh tab, click Normals, and click flip normals.

Trying to “Flip Normals” kind of pushed the inner head outward, I’m not very experienced within Blender so I’m probably doing this wrong.

They seriously need better documentation for “Dynamic Heads” as the entire Documentation is basically “Download This Already Made File And Follow The Finishing Instructions”.

If the inside faces are on the outside then select them and resize (scale) them inside the outer faces. It looks like the mesh is extremely thin.

Ugh, This isn’t working for me, not you’re fault though, Roblox is janky, I’ll find out later.

After fixing the mesh and joining the inner face and outer face at the lips do you still get the ‘not watertight’ warning?

Attempting to join them instead of Flipping by selecting all “Sharp Edges” and Bridge Looping them still results in Not Watertight.
