Heartbeat documentation incorrect: Can be used on server

The RunService.Heartbeat event documentation states the following:

Also note that Hearbeat must only be used in LocalScripts , as they refer to each frame that is being rendered.

The first part of that sentence is not true. The Heartbeat event does work server-side, and I have been using it for years. This is very confusing for new developers.

This same mistake is on the Stepped event documentation too, but incorrectly refers to it as RenderStepped, and thus I feel like these mistakes are due to copy-and-pasting information.
