I don’t know if I’m doing this right but, I have a question for anyone who stumbles on this topic. If you didn’t format your first appeal in a good way can you send another?
if they don’t get back to me on my email appeal, should I get my parent to call Roblox support? and would I be allowed to get my parent to do that?
yes but i highly suggest you wait for a reply to your email appeal. let’s first see what they’ll decide there
don’t worry they’ll eventually reply. if they didn’t, send in another appeal until they reply.
if they refused to reopen your account through email, then yes, you can dial roblox on 888-858-2569 to appeal on phone.
also note that if you’re outside of the usa, you’ll have to dial their number preceded by 001 (0018888582569), but if you’re inside the usa then you can dial them without the 001
the pre-recorded message will ask you if you’re under 18, and if you are, they’ll just tell you to appeal via email, so you must tell your parent to appeal on phone beyond you. they’ll judge your voice if you lied about your age and hung up on you
it’s 10x times better than appealing via email because it’s an actual roblox employee listening to your recorded message. if you were actually unfairly banned, your chances of getting the account back are very high when you sucessfully appeal on phone
kreekcraft did actually dial them once to appeal his account moderation. watch the video to get an idea of how it works
yes, they still actually do review your case everytime you email them, i mean unless you’re bombarding their emails hourly of course.
most unbanned people got unbanned after many tries and appeals, rarely does it work on the first try

yeah you are. they’re actual moderators reading emails
but unfortunately you can’t send it directly through Roblox Support, so you’ll have to reply to the automated message (the message that they send whenever you send in a ticket) on gmail and send it there

UPDATE: i will send Roblox Support the proof of the false reporters, I’ll update everyone on how it goes! and thank you to @MrSheriff_RBLX for the advice and help & support.
UPDATE 2: with my parent helping me, i have responded to the appeal email (one you get when they recieve an appeal) with more information about the situation. and i provided the usernames of the people who falsely reported me, and even attached 2 screenshots of the messages. Also guys am I allowed to share the 2 screenshots of the people who false reported me here?

sorry if I’m bothering you but if they don’t respond after that timeframe you said, do I copy what I said in my last appeal and resend it or type a different appeal?
you can copy what you said in the last appeal and resend it, it won’t cause problems
