I’m creating an upcoming simulator game. On Sponsoring I’m planning to spend R$5,000 (R$2,500 for Phone and R$2,500 for Tablet). For advertising I’m planning to spend R$5,000 (for codes, game, game passes). I’m wondering if I should change anything. The pricing for game passes will range from R$199 - R$999.

I would say that you kinda got the steps correctly. Have you hired someone to create you some professional thumbnails and pictures for the game or advertisement?

I would sponsor with smaller amounts at first to build small player base and get some feedback, once you improve the game enough I would sponsor it with big amount.
