Help and Feedback needed on my build (Not completed)

I have a hotel group which I own, and I am the primary builder. I have been working for the past little bit to get these parts of the buildings done. In case you’re wondering, I aimed to have some spare empty space, as I was taking a little inspiration from Hilton Hotels | V3 (from a while back). I would love to hear your feedback!

Outdoor Area

Main inside area

Indoor bar (I built everything except the machines for like soda and chips)

Reception

Meeting room

VIP Lounge

I know its unfinished but it looks very bare on the walls are you planning on adding decoration to it such as paintings, canvases, shelves or anything like that?

And it looks very “boxy”.

I do like the outdoor area though that looks very good.

But I’d say you have a good footprint as it is unfinished!

The “boxy” part was mostly intended, it will be polished a little after.

I do plan on some decorations as well.

Then this will be a very good build and I cannot wait to see the finished project.

I really like it. I do recommend though that instead of going for the “Boxy” idea. Try do something with the roof. It looks a bit inclosed. I just feel you will draw more attention if you fix the roof. Other than that it’s a really good build and well done.

Suggestions for improvement:

  1. Improve the decoration levels, it looks like a lot more is needed to fill up large areas. You could add more tables, fancy lights above the tables, small carpets below the tables, painting on the wall, etc.

  2. Improve the roof design, it looks way too low and honestly not that interesting. You should try having modern features of the roof going up and down, windows could be included too.

  3. Add some lighting, it looks really dark inside. It will allow others to actually know that it is ‘alive’, it kind of looks like it is currently closed or something.

The lighting improvements are coming soon. As I stated above, I’ll be working on decoration as the next step. I do have an idea for the roof, but it is hard to explain, it will probably make no sense.

It looks good! I like the open feel, though as stated by others, try to add decor to the walls of places like the reception area. Another thing you should do is considering texturing the trees outside, as they look quite artificial at the moment. Great build!

The build looks pretty empty in some of the angles.
Why is there only one special seat? Is it for like a president or something?
The restaurant is pretty nice, it was nice to take some influence from Hilton as that is a pretty famous Hotel game.
It looks pretty blocky, maybe add a bit of detail to the furniture.

Best of luck in future development.

Nice! I enjoy how evenly placed out the furniture is.

To add onto the ideas above & improve, I’d suggest using a few realistic materials such as Brick in some areas of the exterior etc.

Lookin’ good! When you release the game, you could add some decoration and use Roblox’s Lighting feature to make everything look realistic. (Future is Bright)

Nice build there! I have some suggestions to make your build stand out more!

  1. Add Wall Decoration/Colors: It’s a bit bland, so adding those things could really make a difference!
  2. More objects in the main lobby/reception area: There is a lot of free space in that area. Try adding things like shelfs, paintings, sitting areas, etc to that area.

That’s all the advice I have. Great build, can’t wait to see the finished version of it!

Hey there! I like the build, however I do feel the room itself feels a bit bland.

Try adding some wallpaper, and some more textures, like floor boards, and perhaps add some better lighting.

Another thing you could do is work on improving your building, as several things shown here appear rather blocky and don’t really fit with the style of everything else.

But other than that, great job. Keep going towards your goals and dreams, and you’ll succeed.
