Help applying texture to a 3D model

Good morning everyone, how are you?

Can someone tell me if it is possible to put a logo on this backpack, where the red circle is, and at the same time change the color of this object in Roblox Studio with the logo visible? For example, I add my logo, but I want to paint my backpack black in Roblox, but I want the player to be able to choose the color they want later, being able to paint it however they want with the logo always visible. Is this possible?

Yeah it’s fairly easy to make. Do you know how to make textures in blender? If you can’t I’ll tell u

I do it this way, I applied this fire texture PNG, but everything else was black, so where it is black I would like to be able to color it in Roblox Studio in another color

I believe that as there is a largely invisible section of the texture, that bit will be exempt from being covered by anything therefore leaving the mesh to be coloured.

she turns black

I managed with a decal, but it doesn’t look right, it doesn’t stay where the UV Map says it should.

Maybe you could create a separate, invisible model to have the logo on, then weld it to the bag model?

Okay, so do u have a texture file? This is usually located in the same place as the mesh unless you specified otherwise.

yes I have a texture file, but where it is black, it is the png part of the texture, which should not be black

It’s a lot of work to make a 3D model of the logo, and it’s also heavy.

Can you copy the file here so I can help u out?

I think it would be easier to place it as a decal. If you bring the flames down to the very bottom it would likely work that way.

Did that work?.. or do u still need help cos im happy to give more assistance
