[Help] Complicated moving texture

I have tried everywhere but cannot find anyone who knows how to make this effect, can anyone help? Thank you! [I believe this is the right category, forgive me if I am wrong]

How do you make a UI Background Moving Effect?

You can just use a texture and keep offsetting it so yes

I have found that using the Beam Attachment would give you your moving texture. Just plug in the Beam Texture you’d like then up the Texture Speed to the interval you’d like.
