Does anyone know the plugin that allows you to view your ui in a sandboxed plugin environment, so you dont need to click play to view it and it’s animations? like if i have a frame and buttons and the buttons react when hovered, instead of going in game to test this, i’d like to view it in the plugin frame itself so it’s isolated and you dont need to actually click the play button.
Sadly those plugins don’t exist, yet. But if you REALLY REALLY REALLY need one, then I can try to make one for you.

You can do this already, just code then run through console lol
It’d definitely by very nice for ui designers, so that i dont have to wait to preview animations, instead clicking on a ui object would show it in the plugin view, and then the elements that need to react to animations would actually react whilst in the plugin view.
Sounds like a dream to me considering how often I have to click play, wait for it to load, then test the animations, instead just being able to write code then immediately check if it works without clicking play…
OR you can try to make YOUR plugin, it’s pretty easy you just have to use a for loop and do what the scripts do when… You know… You click a button or something? Just forget it. I’ll try soon.

well i cant make you but im also not experienced in plugin development, and if i were to make any sort of feature like i described, i’d most definitely want it ported into a plugin for ease of use

What if someone helped you make a plugin? Like a expert in plugin development? (and scripting of course)

Well I don’t think i’d need an expert to help me, I know programming just fine and could likely make it myself, the only problem is that it’d take me a good bit to learn plugin development, which I just simply don’t know at the moment

Alright, i’ve been looking into how to make them and it seems pretty basic but im going to have a fun time trying to accomplish what im aiming for lol.
