Help! How do I recover autosaves?

So my game crashed due to a plugin overloading my system. To avoid losing data because of stuff like this I set my game to autosave every 5 minutes. My question is how do I recover the autosave I just lost 4 hours of work.

Well, usually when I open studio without saving, a window pops up telling me I forgot to save and I can open the autosave, delete it, or ignore it. Idk if it’s like this for you though.
