the same way you make any other shaped elevator??
I’d personally use TweenService to accomplish this, but there are definitely some other solutions.
Just realized this is in building support, my bad. You can either use unions, meshes, or just a lot of parts offset from eachother by a small increment.
Well assuming you need building help from the category, you can use a mesh or a union for that circle, and make a circle in the middle of that.
what I want to do mainly is an elevator so it works
Here’s a van model I made which might help you out:
<It moves for Fluffy - Roblox
It uses a PrismaticConstraint as a slider to move a van from start to finish and back to start when you press the red button in the cab.
It can be transferred to any direction of operation as long as you keep the PrismaticConstraints Attachments and alignment correct.
You can modify the script and have a button at either end of the elevator for up and down to make it travel from the lower floor to the top floor.
just use tween service man how hard is it to make a elevator
It is a bit difficult since they are inexperienced when creating elevators.
Here’s another model of a moving platform system, similar to the van I gave you earlier.
Turn the whole model so it faces up instead of sideways.
There seems to be ropes in that image, you can use those but it is really glitchy, and really the only way to achieve this is with scripts. Otherwise BodyForces would be a way
thx thank you very much this really helps
