Help me - How to make cool backgrounds

Hello! I make GFX but cannot figure out how to make those cool backgrounds. I’m new and trying to improve, so I’ll appreciate any help you can give.

I’ll provide an example of what type of backgrounds I’m talking about below.

tbh it just looks like a bunch of shapes overlayed, I’m going to try it and see what I can make using canva (no premium items)
