Just a suggestion, but:
Rather than inserting parts, you should install a character inserter plugin. This way, you can insert characters and just resize them, rather than having to insert parts.
If you’re not looking for that, well, I guess you can insert a cylinder with a sphere merged into the top of the cylinder for a curved surface.

Yes I was going to say import a normal character then delete everything but the head. Then re-scale the head.

ok then. at least make it proportionate then. the guy looks super thin, legs are even thinner, torso is too big, head is too small, like what is going on

I don’t know why you wanted to Ping me, but normally, Roblox does not like (not ban) alts, but using alts to hack/bully/spam/bot is definitely not allowed.
Normally people on DevForum are 13+, but since many people aren’t verified they could probably make it up.
Alright I did. I hope you’re right, because bugging out the staffs for no good reasons is sinful
