I would like to know which of the Forms I should fill out for DEVEX. (W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, W9, Or another type?) Please help me, I don’t have the slightest idea and my father doesn’t know what is right either.

If you’re filling it out as an individual, W8-BEN. If you’ve got a company, W8-BEN-E.
