Hello everyone! I am just trying to make simple window decals for my game, I am trying to go by Loomian Legacy’s window style, but no luck with paint . net, still trying to figure out the smooth edges, a step by step video could help me a lot! Also here’s an example of what I am trying to achieve :
Decals are images/textures, they used parts for the frame and then a neon part to make it look like there is light. The black lines are part of the frame, which is still parts or a mesh.
I mean didn’t you already make that? All you really need to do is just put a decal cross shape decal on a neon brick and you would have the same windows loomian legacy has.
I mean as an artist I believe it should be relatively simple to draw a cross shape but if you find it very difficult I have linked an image of a cross shape for you to use.
I, personally, agree with @kodeti, it would make more sense to move away from making it a decal and instead make it a small model, as if it’s a decal you can’t implement neon lighting while still getting a glow outside of the decal itself. Instead I would just create a basic model, import it and add the neon effect to it.
