Help Needed Regarding Lost Account

Hello.

A few months ago, I believe my other account (Ur_Dadeyyyyyyy) was hacked. As of a result, I went to enable 2SV (2-Step Verification). When I try to log in, my username and password are valid, but it prompts me to look in my email for a code. I receive nothing.

Previously, Roblox staff has given me parts of the email registered with the account, I don’t have the email they described.

I am honestly out of ideas… That is why I came here to seek help.
If you are Roblox Staff, please reply and help me with this inquiry. And if you aren’t, I am open to ideas.

I’m pretty sure if you had your gmail connected to the account first you can change it.

Using Support - Roblox but giving the fact you’ve already tried I highly doubt it will change.
