Help on Converting Unions to Meshes and Optimizing Them

I’m working on converting all my Unions to Meshes but need guidance on optimizing them to minimize lag, like reducing the triangle count. Additionally, some of my models have multiple colors in it and I know that Meshes turn it completely grey, is there a way so that I can retain all of my colors but still have it as a mesh?

I’ve been on Studio for eight years now, approaching nine and since 2023, I’ve been working on a project, and today I noticed that some of my Unions got corrupted—they turned invisible, but the physical models are still present. I’ve never had this happen to me before. I’ve decided that I want to convert all my Unions (100+) to Meshes for better performance and convenience.

I haven’t touched anything yet to ensure I don’t screw something up

best idea is to un-union and then re-union as the new CSG thing is way better for model optimisation

Select UnionOperation > Right Click > Save to file (it should be saved as an .obj).

Use Blender to decimate it or convrse.pro
