[Help] Original song falsely moderated for untrue reasons

As of today, I began uploading my original songs to let them be used in my games. Unfortunately the first and so far only song uploaded I believe was falsely banned for “bullying and harassment”.

Since I do believe this was a false moderation, I appealed. What did that appeal do? Absolutely nothing besides changing the mod reason to something way more incorrect.

Nothing in the song is bullying, harassment, or discriminatory content. I did make sure the audio uploaded is a clean version without bad words. If you were to read what the song is about, which is in the official videos description, it doesn’t match with any of the 2 reasons on the moderation message or appeal.

Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

This is silly, clearly AI appeal. The song is in the category of that violation, but it’s from the perspective of the one on the receiving end. AI lacks the contextual understanding to know the difference.

Thinking in that perspective yes. The song is about how the “friends” used me until I left them behind. It is meant to show people to not be afraid of leaving bad friendships. Unfortunate how AI can’t understand that, great example of why AI isn’t taking over jobs anytime soon

Any suggestions on what should be sent in the appeal? From my understanding, content moderation only allows 2 appeals, unless that was changed.

If I understand correctly, your second appeal is a human reader, maybe try to provide the context to hand hold them as much as possible.

People who work these support roles usually are trying to hit a quota and don’t care about quality, I would try and steer them into giving the answer you want by making their decision as easy as possible to agree with you. They will not go searching for this themselves, it will be bare minimum effort so try and make it harder to disagree with you than to agree with you.

Thank you, this did work. After writing up the second appeal message, making sure it included more context of the songs purpose, it was accepted.

I just hope that the other songs next to upload won’t have similar fate.
