Help required in making of screen gui that is visible to only team beginners

Hey devs, i want to make a gui in which there is a small icon that opens menu on touching ,

this icon will be present to top right corner ,on touching it will open a menu containing:-

the menu contains:-

• Power Button: Close Menu On Pressed
• regional Button : Teleports player to PartA
• Party Island Button : Teleports player to PartB
• Discovery Button : Teleports player to PartC
• Cine-Verse Button : Teleports player to PartD

i want to acheive this. help in this.
