Try changing the graphics quality. (In game) I’m not quite sure if it will work but, what might be the reason. The only other reason I can think of is that the game had an older version with a different setting on the light and wasn’t updated.
Im using the realistic light setting, I also have beta features disabled.
I created a new workplace with just the flashlight system and still get the same results.
You may need to change your Studio graphics quality.
File > Studio Settings > Rendering > Editor Quality Level
Is there anything in your flashlight system that is changing the lighting settings?
No.
The flashlight is the same out come no matter the quality level in studio.
Ah,
I’ve noticed that even though I’m using realistic in studio it doesn’t apply to the player.
I think thats an issue. I’m getting the Soft lighting in the player for some odd reason.
Nevermind, I had unified lighting turned on and that’s what caused the issue.
I don’t know why roblox enabled that feature for me.
