Help! - UGC Creator Not Allowed To Upload Items To Own Group

Hi there.

I have access to the UGC program and I’ve run into a problem today. As I was trying to upload a UGC item to my own group, Roblox Studio said “This user does not have permission to upload content creations.”, thus not allowing me to upload my accessories. Below are before and after pictures of the asset configuration page.

An important thing to note is that I already uploaded the very items I’m trying to upload now yesterday, but mistakenly onto my personal account rather than under my group. This is why I’m trying to reupload these accessories.

What is the fix to this problem?

Try those steps:
Review UGC Program Requirements
Contact Roblox Support
Retry the Upload
Check Group Permissions (try this if its for a other group)

I’ve been retrying the upload and it hasn’t worked.
I also checked group permissions and I couldn’t find anything particularly retaining to UGC, but this shouldn’t be a problem anyway because I own the group.
