Help, using PBR textures

So I’ve been trying to use PBR textures instead of meshes for both performance and it’s visually great but I ran into a lighting issue.
Outside with normal lightning (the sun) looks great:

The issue comes when inside and using a point light:

As you can see the point light clearly doesn’t reflect as well as the natural lighting outside and the texture looks flat/dull. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you on future lighting? I had this same problem on shadowmap lighting

Just like what Aero said, check what lighting technology you’re using.
