Help UV mapping my plane

Hey all,

Today, I tried UV mapping my aircraft fuselage, and it projected into one image:

However, I need to have the rudder, doors, and wing box all included in the UV map, so I selected them all and then UV mapped it, then tried applying a livery, but when I did, it seems the livery applied onto all of them as if they were separate objects. I want it to automatically apply the right portion of the UV map onto the mesh. Is there a way to do that?

Also, when I put text on the map, it mirrors onto the other side flipped. Is there a way to fix this?
