Hi all. A developer put inappropriate content inside one of my group games, Most likely to get the group locked. I have reverted the changes already and kicked the users responsible. Will I get banned if this has already been reverted?

No, if all of the inappropriate content has been removed/reverted and published to the website then you should be fine. They would only take moderation action if it was still in there once they got a report and investigated.
If the inappropriate changes have already been reverted then you will not receive any backlash from it. Just ensure the developer in question has no access on main/alt accounts, and also double check to ensure nothing else inappropriate was left on the group or in any of the other games.
